CLIENT:
DENDY | NEW YORK FASHION WEEK CAMPAIGN (2022)
ROLE:
CREATIVE STRATEGY, DIRECTOR, CINEMATOGRAPHER
THE WHY:
Designer Kirstian Dendy sought a striking campaign to accompany her New York Fashion Week show and promote her new collection. With a limited budget, minimal resources, and only one day to execute, the campaign needed to capture the deeply personal themes of family that inspired the collection while maintaining a Vogue-ready aesthetic.
EXECUTION:
To bring the collection to life, I developed a concept centered around "a family," showcasing their movements across three unique locations. Each setting reflected moments of connection, individuality, and intimacy, highlighting the familial bonds that inspired Dendy's designs. The campaign told a narrative of family through dynamic visuals, incorporating the rich textures and emotional depth of her collection.
IMPACT:
The campaign was delivered as a three-part series featuring various "family members" styled in Dendy's designs. It successfully boosted her social media presence, garnered attention during New York Fashion Week, and played a key role in launching the collection to widespread acclaim. This project underscored my ability to create high-impact campaigns under tight deadlines, delivering work that resonates emotionally and visually.
